End of Day Drawer Procedures- Step 3 POST Drawers

The final step in our End of Day Drawer Procedures is to POST all of our reconciled drawers.
When you POST your tickets you are updating your inventory, customers, accounting and you are moving all of the days tickets to history. POSTING also sets drawers to Inactive. You may be prompted after POSTING to preview or print several reports. At this point you could preview or print your Z-Tape and your Drawer Summary report. These reports are also available as historical reports. Go to Point of Sale>Reports>History and click on Z-Tape, Ticket History or Drawer Summary for specific daily information.
